For this example, I used footage from a couple of my son's matches to show you how the Championship Access Sports Training DVDs will help you recognize what your athlete is doing, know what it takes to correctly perform any particular skill and understand how the DVDs or CD-ROMs show you the way to improve your athlete's ability to win more matches.

In this video stream I used actual match footage and by stopping where the point was lost or the skill was compromised, we can clearly see the skill that needs work. We then jump to the DVD to illustrate how the Championship Access training system works.

I then put a second clip from a later match in the same tournament. In this match my son completed the two skills that cost him the first match -winning this match in overtime and scoring the takedown to earn a bronze medal for the day.

I want you to understand how the interactive access to information creates not only a way of knowing what to do to improve performance but also gives every skill its own drill when you select "practice the skill" and run the video stream from that window on the DVDs or CD-ROMs.
